Call for Paper Indonesian Journal of Law and Justice

The Indonesian Journal of Law and Justice ISSN3031-0016 is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to presenting high-quality research in the field of law and justice in Indonesia. The journal aims to serve as a platform for academics, researchers, and legal practitioners to share the latest findings, innovative ideas, and in-depth analyses related to legal and justice developments at both the national and international levels. Focus

Indonesian Journal of Law and Justice emphasizes various aspects of law and justice, including but not limited to:

  • Constitutional Law: In-depth examinations of governance systems, legislative procedures, and state institutions.
  • Criminal Law and Criminology: Analysis of legal matters within criminal law, security policies, and criminological research.
  • Civil and Business Law: Legal studies pertaining to civil relationships, contracts, and business regulations.
  • International Law: Research on international law, bilateral relations, and international organizations.
  • Justice and Human Rights: Discussions addressing human rights issues, legal pluralism, and social justice.

Scope:

Indonesian Journal of Law and Justice welcomes contributions in the form of research articles, literature reviews, legal notes, and legal essays related to the aforementioned topics. We invite contributions from various perspectives, both academic and practitioner, to enrich discussions and understanding in the field of law and justice in Indonesia.
