Journal Customary Law ISSN 3026-460X is a scientific publication of research results in the field of legal science published by Indonesian journal publisher with the following topics: Criminal Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, State Administrative Law, International Law, Customary Law, Employment Law, Environmental Law, Natural Resources Law, Business Law, Procedural Law, Tourism Law, Contemporary Law, Human Rights Humans, Information Technology Law and Electronic Transactions, this journal is published regularly four a year, namely in September, December, March and June.

Please read these guidelines carefully.  Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Customary Law Journal should be the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will BE REJECTED by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format.

 

Focus and Scope

Journal Customary Law focuses on main area of discussions. The focus and scope of Journal Customary Law include:

  • Criminal Law: The branch of law that deals with criminal offenses, such as criminal acts, investigation, prosecution, and punishment.
  • Civil Law: The branch of law that governs relationships between individuals or legal entities, including contracts, compensation, and property ownership.
  • Constitutional Law: The branch of law that addresses the structure, powers, and functions of government, as well as the rights of individuals guaranteed by the constitution.
  • State Administrative Law: The branch of law that regulates the organization and functions of government, including public administration and decision-making processes.
  • International Law: The branch of law that governs relations between states, including international treaties, laws of war, and international human rights.
  • Customary Law: Customary law consists of rules applied based on traditions, customs, and local practices within a society.
  • Employment Law: The branch of law that governs the relationship between employers and employees, including employment contracts, wages, and labor protections.
  • Environmental Law: The branch of law that regulates environmental protection and conservation of natural resources.
  • Natural Resources Law: The branch of law that governs the management and use of natural resources such as forests, mining, and water.
  • Business Law: The branch of law that regulates business activities, including company formation, trade, and bankruptcy law.
  • Procedural Law: The branch of law that governs legal procedures, including court processes, evidence, and appeals.
  • Tourism Law: The branch of law that regulates the tourism industry, including regulations related to hospitality, transportation, and consumer protection.
  • Contemporary Law: Contemporary law encompasses legal issues relevant to the present time, such as technology law, environmental law, and health law.
  • Human Rights Law: The branch of law that protects individual rights from violations by governments or other parties.
  • Information Technology Law and Electronic Transactions: The branch of law that regulates the use of information technology and electronic transactions, including personal data protection, information security, and e-commerce.
  • Journal Customary Law aims to foster scholarly research, interdisciplinary dialogue, and critical reflection on the role, significance, and contemporary relevance of customary legal systems in diverse cultural, social, and legal contexts.
